Shipping Policy:

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped out Monday through Friday. We offer the following shipping methods:

No Rush Shipping: Either UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery within 2-7 business days within the continental US. Please note this service is only available for addresses where USPS delivers.

UPS Ground: Delivery within 1-5 business days within the continental US.

USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 1-3 business days within the continental US.

International Shipping: We offer shipping to Mexico, Canada, and Australia. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can view the shipping rates at checkout before submitting your order. Please note that free shipping is not available on international orders.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (excluding taxes and discounts) within the US.

Order Modifications: We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order before it is shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify it. If an address change or return results in additional costs, such as carrier fees or return shipping charges, these amounts will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid any inconvenience.

Lost Packages or Incorrect Address:

If you provide incorrect shipping information and the package is lost, we are unable to issue a refund for the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate.

If a package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem.

On occasion, the package may be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier before actual delivery. If after 5 days the package has not been received, please contact us to investigate with the shipping carrier.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs and duties fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
